It is home of the Wascana Lodge. This Lodge is the second oldest operating Lodge under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Saskatchewan. The inaugural meeting was held March 6, 1883 as Wascana Lodge No. 23 under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Manitoba.
This takes us to the next similarity. If you can remember I had a thought that Victoria Square Park had more significance then just a pretty place that the founders of Regina kept for it's occupants to enjoy. I was surfing the web one day and went onto one of Regina's Masonic sights and I learned that they had adopted Victoria Square Park. What does this mean I asked myself. My curiosity grew stronger. I did more research.
    ...
I have ventured a step farther to say that the fountain dedicated to Nicholas Davin Flood's memory was the original center of the park for a reason. I believe that Davin's Report was instrumental in the forward movement of a cultural genocide on all Aboriginal tribes across Canada and a temporary win for the Masons. The celebration was over stolen land, white supremacy, and the oppression of a culture who's mandate is the gatekeepers of the land. The symbols on buildings and on the land itself has released a temporary energy flow that needs to be broken. Embracing the truth is the first step.

If you have not watched the video at the beginning of this page I will give you a little bit of a summary of the section in it on Obelisk's. The British free Masons obtained their own Egyptian Obelisk. Originally it was built as a pair for the Temple of the Sun at Heliopolis around the year 461 B.C. This four-sided Obelisk is inscribed with Egyptian hieroglyphics honoring Pharaoh Thuthmosis III. In 1869 its transfer to the Victoria Embankment in London began. The bill was footed by local anatomist and philanthropist Sir William James Erasmus Wilson. Wilson was a prominent Freemason. The obelisk capsized in a storm in the Bay of Biscay on the way to London, killing six crew members, who are commemorated on a plaque at the obelisk. However, it was rescued and taken to Spain for repair, eventually arriving in London in January 1878. Sphinxes sit on either side of the Obelisk with inscriptions “the good god, Thuthmosis III given life”.
Interesting Readings from the site I obtained this pic from:

    Why Obelisk's?
    ...
    'benben' stone.
The spirit of the Sun-God was supposed to enter the stones at certain periods, and on these occasions human sacrifices were offered to it. The victims were probably prisoners of war who had been captured alive, and foreigners, and when these failed, the priests must have drawn upon the native population. (From E.A. Wallis-Budge's notes on Ra/Re, included in Medici Society reprint of The Book of the Dead, University Books, Secaucus, New Jersey 1960)
Speaking about the dead, Canadian Prime Minister 's tomb stone is a Obelisk along with others. The same style of tombstone can be found in Canadian Prime Minister Sir John Alexander Mcdonald's family plot. It is unsure after Mcdonald's stone was redone if indeed his was an obelisk. However there is indeed one right beside his. See the pictures below.

It took another four months to drag the obelisk from its landing stage to its 50-ton pedestal, also shipped from Alexandria. When it was finally erected in January 1881.
Notice the scorpions hiding under the Obelisk? The scorpion is a very important symbol to the Freemasons. Many negative events in the 19th and 20th centuries has struck humanity at the period when the sun has been in the sign of Scorpio.

What I also would like to suggest is that the light posts are the very design of the Inner Sanctum of Masonic Temples. Also notice the shape of the actual lights. They are in the shape of the Egyptian Lotus Flower. The Lotus flower closes and sinks in the water at night and rises and opens again at dawn, just like the sun. This is why the Lotus flower is associated with the sun god. In many different religions, the sun represents the journey of consciousness through reincarnation, as the rises, shines, goes back to the dark but rises again the next morning. The Lotus flower are a Masonic symbol of life and resurrection. Here are a few examples.

So there you have it. My research into Regina's Dominant Foundation. Again I am not doing this for some conspiracy theory adventure. I am doing this to open the eyes of a society who has neglected its own culture and history in a seemingly deliberate manner. "By negating our historical past in favor of a manufactured corporate present, we are in danger of undermining our collective future" (p. vii Regina's Secret Places, 2006). How can we move ahead as a community if we are being held back by secrets. I invite your comments or your emails as this Wiki is not the final word. It was simply created to see the truth surface. What is truth you may ask? Well the truth is always in the eye of the beholder. The question is, "Are you willing to see?"

    Freemasonry & Orangeism
Freemasonry is a fraternal organism that originated in the late 16th - early 17th century. No on from outside of the inner circles knows how it was formed or why. It is organized into Grand Lodges, each Lodge governs its own jurisdiction as other Freemason groups do. I will not get into the logistics of explaining how it all works as there are many sites that give a good "general" explanation.
    ...
Here is a video that gives some deeper explanation.

After an arsonist destroyed that building in 1895, a second Federal building was built on this site in 1900. It was demolished (some say by an act of God) and the present structure, which was completed in 1937, was built as a ‘relief project’. The current building was placed on the National Registry of Historic Properties in 1987. After some restoration & renovation work, it also earned a municipal heritage interior restoration award in 1991. My questions here are these, why was this secret federal government building erected on the exact site of Louis Riel’s trial and conviction? After reading about Louis Riel and whom he opposed I will leave you to your own interpretations.

If you are Canadian you probably know who Louis Riel was . Depending on what side of the fence you sit on he was either a criminal or a hero. I am announcing right now that I am on the side of the fence that paints this man as a hero . Please read the provided websites and do your own research to make up your own mind. The reason why I have chosen to include this section in my Wiki is because I feel that it ties into revealing Regina's dominant ideology against the Aboriginal population, whether it be First Nation (Indian), Inuit, or as Riel was, Métis.
